Every organization gets one 14-day trial (Personal plan) with no card. If the trial ends without payment, the account moves to the Free plan and your data stays safe.
Upgrading and downgrading
Section titled “Upgrading and downgrading”- Upgrades apply right away. You only pay the price difference for the rest of the period.
- Downgrades apply at the end of the current period.
Renewal
Section titled “Renewal”Subscriptions do not renew automatically. We send email reminders before the period ends. After it ends there is a 7-day grace period during which you can still read and download your data. New changes are locked until you subscribe again.
